注释 Notes
Remember, you can say all the numbers in a hotel room number individually, e.g. 579. For example, Room 579. You can also say them as one number,579, e.g. Room five hundred and seventy-nine.
记住，在说旅馆的房间号时可以一个数字一个数字地说，如Room 579(579房间)。你也可以把它说成一个数字，如Room five hundred and seventy nine(579号房)。
When you use numbers as an adjective, they change: one becomes first; two becomes second; three becomes third.
当你把数字用作形容词时，它们就发生了变化:one(一)变成了 first(第一);two(二)变成了 second(第二);three(三)变成了 third(第三)。
When we describe which floor something is on, we say： ...on the third floor/on the second floor.
当我们描述某处在几楼时，我们说：on the third floor(……在三楼）/on the second floor （……在二楼）。
If you make a reservation of a table in a restaurant or hotel, you can ask: Can I make a table reservation for...?
